We'll consider beliefs and behaviors that thwart well-being and review mindful habits we can practice to grow happiness every day!\n\n\n\nMary Ann is a developmental psychologist who specializes in mindfulness\, positive psychology and relational health. She has a private practice in Lexington and offers classes and special programs\, such as retreats\, in and around Lexington. She holds masters and doctoral degrees in psychology from Harvard University\, is certified by the Relational Life Institute as a skills-based coach and has completed professional trainings in mindfulness\, yoga and spiritual direction. In addition to private practice\, Mary Ann regularly offers programs to children\, parents\, families and professionals.
