Since 2008, Chris has worked as a Wellcoaches-certified Health and Wellness Coach who helps people make changes to energize their health. She entered this field indirectly, after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Wellness became her priority and passion to help others use their well-being as a tool to achieve what’s important to them, elevate their performance in and out of work, and sustainably run their life while having a healthy life.
